Case Submission Instructions
After completing Form 1, please upload your case files www.anonshare.dev OR www.swisstransfer.com
And paste the download link into the form below.
Include all available case records, such as upper and lower scans, bite scan, clinical photos, jaw movement records, CBCT, panoramic images, X-rays, and any other relevant files.
After the upload, SwissTransfer will send a verification code to your email. Enter the code to confirm the upload. Once completed, you will receive a download link.
Paste the link into the order form below.
Your case will be completed within 24 hours
4) Compress the files into a ZIP archive
Right-click the selected files and choose:
Compress to → ZIP file
A new ZIP archive will be created automatically.
5) Rename the archive
Rename the ZIP archive using:

Patient name, or
-
Case ID
This helps us identify and process your case correctly.
6) Send the archive by email
Email the ZIP archive to: manager@lionlab.ca
Important
Please make sure your email includes:

Case name / Patient name / Case ID

Prescription or design instructions
-
Preferred turnaround (Standard / Urgent / Weekend)
If the file is too large to send by email
If the ZIP archive is too large, please upload it to a file-sharing service (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) and send us the download link by email.
